Register as an Operator for Pyro Spectaculars

To operate shows, all licensed operators must complete this registration form. The information provided will be used by our company for internal records, compliance with government regulations, insurance requirements, and any other necessary third-party registrations. All data is securely stored and only shared with relevant parties as required.

Operator Type

Let us know if you’ll be driving as a Hazmat driver or general transport. Hazmat drivers will receive a separate application by email after submitting this form.

Primary Facility

Let us know if you’re a Pyro and which office you’ll be working with—Southern or Northern California. If you plan to drive for both, you’ll need to submit a separate application for each location.
