Midwest Operator Seminar 2026

Become a certified pyrotechnician and take your skills to the next level at our Operator Training Seminar on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in Springfield, Missouri.

This full-day, hands-on training is designed for aspiring shooters, lead operators, new crew members, and fire department personnel. You’ll receive expert instruction on NFPA 1123 standards, safety protocols, tool identification, electrical firing, firing boards, wiring, and full show setup and execution. The day includes hands-on firing and wiring practice (weather permitting after 5 PM). Please wear a cotton long-sleeve, pants, and close-toed shows. Please bring gloves, safety goggles, and a hard hat.

Hosted at Fireworks Supermarket, this seminar runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and includes lunch. The registration fee is $50.
