[Springfield, MO] — [2025] — Springfield’s very own Ingram Enterprises, Inc., following its 2024 acquisition of the renowned Pyro Spectaculars, is thrilled to announce its continued partnership with Macy’s as long-time collaborators in designing the 49th Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks®, the nation’s largest Independence Day celebration.

For more than four decades, Pyro Spectaculars has partnered with Macy’s to paint the New York City skyline, with this year’s show featuring more than 80,000 firework shells, showcasing more 30 brilliant colors and groundbreaking special effects. A beloved summertime tradition since 1976, Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks dazzle and delight live spectators and viewers nationwide, with pyrotechnics will reach 1,000 feet and fall to the water’s edge creating spectacular visuals and unforgettable moments.

This 25-minute masterpiece requires immense effort: 60 licensed pyrotechnicians work tirelessly for 12 days on setup. It involves 13 containers of specialized equipment for four Lower East River barges and 16 firing systems spread across 10 unique locations. Additionally, the iconic Brooklyn Bridge will feature 240 different pyro positions, all precisely choreographed to the musical score with eight miles of intricate wiring and cables.
